The Food and Beverage Management Level 6 programme is a competency-based qualification accredited by the Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council, designed to prepare learners for advanced roles in the hospitality industry. Throughout the programme, trainees gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in both food and beverage production and service. In addition, learners develop expertise in food and beverage service, bar operations, banqueting, and events coordination. The programme follows a structured progression pathway aligned with CDACC’s Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) framework.
